EvapoRite Systems, Inc. manufactures evaporation equipment specifically designed to support oil, gas and mining production operations. For the last five years we have continually immersed ourselves within rigorous field conditions, often in environmentally sensitive areas, in order to conduct extensive test and evaluation of our systems.  This comprehensive test data, when combined with closely documented operational measurements, has resulted in the progressive refinement of systems and the subsequent improvement in their efficiency.  This is a noted benefit not lost on our customers who require the most cost effective means of removing petroleum wastewater.  .

We also maintain an ongoing dialog with producers and government officials alike in order to identify emerging requirements and environmental concerns that we can address through design changes on our systems.

The overall success of our designs is evidenced by the level of satisfaction and renewed business from existing customers, a rising level of interest from new customers, and our competitors rush to copy our patented designs and features over the past two years. Our sytems offer oil and gas producers the following benefits
Unprecedented Environmental Protection

Exceptional Evaporation Efficiency

Average spring/fall production is over 1,000 bbl/day on large commercial ponds (see note 1 & 2)

Notes:

We have evaporated over 500 barrels per day on a two acre pond with good environmental conditions. We have also evaporated as little as 90 barrels per day on very small pond (30 x 60 feet) surrounded by private land and sensitive environmental conditions

Maximum Flexibility

This system is designed for high volume of atomization directly over the surface of the pond. The pontoon allows our monitors to adjust the spray anywhere on the pond’s surface at any time. This permits us to make adjustments for prevailing winds without having to shut down the system.
Nozzle arrays are designed for optimal efficiency while providing absolute control of spray patterns (e.g. angle, height, and distance from bank). Wind screens are used to mitigate overspray and protect the surrounding environment.

During typical summertime operations our standard 4-inch system can eliminate between 180 and 220 barrels per day depending upon pond size, weather, and environmental stipulations.

The flexibility of this system makes it ideal for any situation. We have operated on ponds as small as thirty by sixty feet with a single four array system. On the other end of the spectrum, we have operated nine pumps simultaneously on a single four acre pond. This system has also been set up in remote mountain terrain that was a 5-hour one-way trip for a water truck. The rugged dependability of this system makes it ideal for remote operations in harsh environments.

This all electric evaporation system integrates computer automated controls, wind and humidity sensors, sound attenuated generators, and suspended cable nozzle arrays to create the most environmentally sensitive evaporation system on the market today.

Utilizing our patent pending design and process we are able to achieve unparalleled atomization rates. Field operations indicate evaporation efficiencies of 22-25% per volume of water atomized, and operating capabilities in temperatures as low as 40° Fahrenheit.

The system is capable of operating on any size pond, or with multiple systems on a single location. The all electric nature of this system provides options for commercial power and natural gas generators, and computer automation reduces manpower requirements. Combined, these features provide flexible price and employment advantages for our customers.

Our scalable commercial pond system combined elements of the modular floating array and the suspended cable system in a manner that is optimized for very high volume operations on multi-acre wastewater disposal ponds.  By combining the pontoon mounted floating nozzle array of our original patented system with the high pressure pumps of the Suspended Cable System an extremely efficient and adaptable means of evaporating thousands of barrels of wastewater per day has been developed.  Since the number and size of pumps and nozzle arrays that compose the system can be varied to suit the amount of wastewater to be evaporated, each scalable Commercial Pond System can be custom tailored for every customer’s requirements.

Windscreens are an integral part of our pond-based process. Originally designed to prevent overspray, these screens are now being used by some of our customers to support flow back operations from polluting the environment.
The screens are modular in design and are typically set up in fifty foot sections. 200-foot of windscreen comes standard with most pond-based operations; however, we have set up locations with as much as 600-feet of screen.
